It was the best family vacation of our lives. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful in all areas. The Session, pool bar, Elephant and butterfly and the Hard Rock Café team listened to all of our wishes and even helped us to come up with and plan them. The villa we used was always kept clean at a very high level, any request, room service, mini bar refilling was done in seconds. What was also a huge experience was that the hotel pays unique attention to music programs and other recreational opportunities. The musical environment was provided by the Deviate band with an amazing repertoire and musical quality. We thank the Hard Rock team for everything.

Amazing water was absolutely beautiful and crystal clear. I loved that there were several different beaches to choose from, each with its own atmosphere. Snorkeling was good everywhere around the island so many fish and also there is corals! The staff at the Ocean Center were super friendly and helpful, and the excursion options were fantastic. Everything was perfectly organized, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Absolutely fantastic and flawless! This resort is truly a piece of paradise. The beaches are breathtaking, with crystal-clear water and soft, white sand. The food was outstanding, offering a great variety of delicious options every day. And the service? Simply top-notch—every staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. We didn’t remember all the names, but honestly, every single person was amazing—always cheerful, helpful, and making sure everything was perfect. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Not only did they fulfill our request regarding the accommodation, but they even surprised us with an upgrade! One of the small details that made our stay even more magical was the ice cream man on a bicycle, who went around the island twice a day, bringing joy to guests with his fantastic ice cream. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved everything. We had bad luck with weather for the first 2 days but with the help of Abdulsalaam (our concierge) and rest of staff, that loss was quickly compensated. The water villas are magnificent, photos do them justice, but don’t really explain the happiness of taking a dive and seeing all the coral and loads of fish right in your house. The food is always on point, both in main restaurant or in the Japanese one. The staff always cordial and attentive. The ladies in the spa are true magicians. The activities available were great, especially swimming with the sharks.

Facing the beachfront, SO/ Maldives offers 5-star accommodation in South Male Atoll and has a garden, private beach area and shared lounge.
