Breakfast was good (great brownies and pancakes). My daughter liked the pools very much, Cave bar was also cool. In February it's easy to find free parking close to the hotel, so you don't need to pay for it in the hotel's garage. Staff was very kind and gave us useful tips.

As the first guests, we were really impressed with how clean, cozy, and well-prepared the apartment was. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and made us feel at home. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed. The host was friendly and helpful, and communication was smooth throughout. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back. The fancy hotel lobby and bars, it definitely feels like a 4 star hotel We were upgraded to a better room with a balcony at check-in which was a pleasant surprise Choice of pools and amazing view from the roof Very friendly staff Car parking available (although it is tricky to navigate even in a small car!) Spa services available including sauna and hot tubs although I didn't use these because I'm pregnant but the pregnancy massage was great English TV channels with films

Its a huge hotel outside the city. Surrounding nature makes it perfect if you prefer tranquility and relaxation. This complex has everything ….. pools, spa treatments, saunas, shops and restaurants. Indian restaurant had superb tastes. Rooms were nicely decorated and well equipped …… minibar, ironing table, slippers, cupps & glasses were all there. Also bed and pillows were extra comfy. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Staff very friendly, accomodating. Hotel - exceptional, would stay there again. Location - close to the sea, and hotel provides service during summer season to be taken to the beach and brought back if needed. Hotel is at the heart of the town center. Rooms beautiful, clean. Spa facilities very nice, only problem sauna fits about 3to 4 people at one time, so we couldn't try it out. It was too busy. Swimming pool, clean and beautiful design, relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms were fine, the staff was nice and we really enjoyed the variety of breakfast. There is a bus stop nearby. I wouldn't call it a spa hotel, tho.

We where in first floor and the view was ground floor to the pool,you don't have privacy. Breakfast and location nothing to complain and the spa and the massage amazing. From the room WiFi is very poor

Lovely hotel, nice clean room with comfy bed, good breakfast, great facilities, loved the Cave Bar & the Nataraya Spa was fabulous, lovely massage & relaxation. Friendly & attentive staff. Hotel close to bus stop with routes all across the island so made it easy to get around.

The cleanliness, the friendly staff, the great choice of food for breakfast which was very good too. The suite with the jacuzzi was amazing. Also the facilities like the indoor pool and the sauna were great but the spa massages were excellent.
