Completely new hotel and very nicely furnished rooms (not typical IKEA stuff). Also has underground parking. My girlfriend also had a birthday and they prepared a nice surprise to the room + also made a small birthday cake in the morning. Excellent service and experience! They also have SMART TV’s, so you can easily stream Netflix, Youtube etc.

It was easy to get the keys - the hotel reception is open 24 hours a day. The staff speaks different languages, including English and Russian. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a folding sofa and a sofa, a table with an armchair a kitchen with a medium-sized refrigerator, an electric stove with two burners and an oven. There were two pots, a frying pan, plates, glasses, mugs, spoons, fork for 4 people. There is a balcony overlooking the pool (another window overlooking the sea). There was a clothes dryer on the balcony (also on he balcony is small table with chairs). There is no washing machine in the room, but laundry service is available (for a fee). Towels in the apartments are changed every day, for the pool they provide other blue towels for 3 days. Hair dryer, toilet paper, shower gels were available and were added as needed. The breakfast was good, different dishes for every taste, the food was excellent - not spicy, not too salty, tasty, lots of meat dishes. Breakfast was included in the price, dinner was purchased for 20 euros per person (everything was delicious, a lot of fruit for dinner and breakfast). Many thanks to the waitress Anna - very responsive, helped with gluten-free bread for the child! It is profitable to order a transfer from/to the airport at the reception - 50 euros. The sea is very close, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, a shop is about 400 meters, a market with local fruits and vegetables is about 500 meters, There are no steep ascents or descents in the town.
