The staff was super nice, very helpful and always ready to support us. Food quality and choice was superb, from breakfast to the dinner in the moroccan restaurant (way above expectations!). The room was nice and clean.

The property is clean and modern in design. I believe they have a spectacular concept in the heart of Tangier. The Mall and Marina are literally around the corner from the property with a short walk. The location is perfect for families looking for somehwhere safe and convenient especially if you have a car hire. all restaurants are within walking distance as well as the Tangier Tour Bus.

The staff is very friendly and professional and they speak in many languages. They adviced us as first timers in Tangier and told us about the area's history, culture and Morocco in general. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The hotel's roof terrace has wonderful views and a lovely atmosphere thanks to the lights and decor. Enjoy Moroccan mint tea and listen to live music by a local musician on the roof terrace! The food is very good and we got to taste authentic Moroccan dishes and flavors. The breakfast was comprehensive and of high quality. Our beautiful hotel room had everything we needed and even more. The air conditioner kept our room cool. The hotel has a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere and the natural light beautifully illuminated the public spaces through the skylight. We definitely recommend Palais Zahia Hotel & Spa to anyone traveling to Tangier. We had an unforgettable trip and the biggest thanks go to this hotel and its staff.

Lovely room, very good and varied breakfast, wonderful positioning in the city centre, 2 minutes walk from the train station, 30 minutes walk from Marina Bay. The staff was very kind and helpful. We would definitely come back.

location was very good. Breakfast buffet was very varied and you could also order separately for example poached eggs with avocado and toast. The staff where extremely attentive and despite being a buffet would insist on bringing you your coffee and toast etc. Very service minded which adds to the experience. The service was excellent across the property. We ate at the Persian restaurant and drank the local Moroccan wine which was very good. We used the excellent spa facilities, including massage which were relatively good. Cleanliness 10/10.
