MoroccoAfter driving through the magical palm groves of Skoura I arrived at this hotel. It stuns you the moment you arrive and are faced with a building of such sublime beauty. Then you are courteously shown around and it only gets better. It is a work of art, a huge credit to the people who have renovated it and currently look after it and manage it. It needs to be seen and experienced to be believed. I love Moroccan architecture, art and culture, this building is one of the finest examples one could wished for. Furthermore it has all the modern luxuries you could possibly expect including a stunning swimming pool in the middle of enchanting garden. And then when you recover from the experience you are treated like royalty by the hotel staff, who complement everything which is wonderful about this place. They are courteou, charming, personable, attentive, highly professional and make you feel that nothing is too much or impossible. They will kindly escort to the top of one of the towers to watch the amazing sunset and the astounding views. Of course the food products are ecologically sourced and the vegetables home grown. The dinner and breakfast were a culinary experience never to be forgotten. The only minus point about my stay was that I could only stay one night on my tour into the Sahara. I already planning my next stay. The palm groves of Skoura, the Ksar El Kabbaba and the proximity of the Sahara I am sure it is closest we will get to paradise while still alive.
Many thanks to to the wonderful staff. The charming and funny OUSSAMA, the kind and gentle ABDUL and all the wonderful people we met.mthanks you Ksar El Kabbaba for the experience and the wonderful memories.
