Best ever Riad stay in Morocco for our family of five. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival by the staff. Soufiane took care of parking of our rental car. He communicated fluently and effectively in English and took care of our requests promptly. Our family of five stayed in two adjacent rooms with comfortable beds. The water pressure for the shower is the best that we experience In Morocco.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Fes, and I can confidently say it’s the best place to stay in the city! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the manager, Youssef, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He personally greeted us, shared incredibly helpful insights about the city, and provided thoughtful recommendations that made our exploration of Fes so much richer. Youssef’s hospitality, kindness, and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly set this place apart. The room was simply perfect – spacious, cozy, and beautifully bright, it felt like a home away from home. Everything was impeccably clean, the shower worked flawlessly, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the old medina, immersing us in the vibrant atmosphere of Fes while still offering easy access to a nearby parking area, which was very convenient. This hotel is a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fes. You will not be disappointed – it’s an exceptional experience from start to finish! We stayed for 4 nights and felt right at home in this beautiful Riad. It is very centrally located in the old Medina yet relatively close to a nearby car park which is a real bonus when transporting your luggage and accessing services outside the old town. The Riad has been exquisitely restored by the family who run it - with great sensitivity to the local architecture without compromising on all the modern essentials. The owners and staff were brilliant - kind, friendly and attentive to our every need. The garden area is a beautiful, peaceful place to while away a languid late afternoon and the rooftop terrace is the perfect location for breakfast with incredible views over the old town. I can’t recommend a stay here more highly!

Upon check-in, we were greeted with refreshing mint tea and delicious homemade cookies – a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The accommodation was very clean, with fresh towels provided daily and beds neatly made each morning. Our booking included breakfast, and we were truly impressed with the variety and richness of the offerings each day – everything fresh and delicious. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to relax after a long, hot day of exploring. The overall quiet atmosphere added to our comfort – the property is located in a dead-end street, which meant peaceful nights without city noise. Another thoughtful touch came on the day of our departure. Although we were leaving very early in the morning, before breakfast hours, the host kindly made sure we had something to eat before heading to the airport. This level of hospitality truly made a difference. Location-wise, the property is just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Riad’s connection to Medina, making it convenient for exploring or continuing your journey. All in all, this was a spotless, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay, with attentive hosts who genuinely care about their guests. We would absolutely stay here again.

We were upgraded to the junior suite which was beautiful and spacious. The staff picked us up where the driver dropped us off at the edge of the Medina. The staff was most welcoming and friendly. We never experienced such hospitality as in Darif’s riad. While relaxing on the sun roof we were brought some delicious mint tea with pastries. We also asked for late check out which was not a problem either. Breakfast was good and very extensive. The hotel is in a more quiet part of the Medina and we always felt safe.

Affordable luxury within part of a 14th century palace. Amazing rooms, friendly staff, a good continental breakfast with eggs and fresh bread / pastries every morning. Situated on the edge of the Medina so good for Taxis, while within easy walking distance of all the sights of Fez. My wife had a massage in the Riad's own spa, we also enjoyed a very good meal that the Riad prepared one of the evenings. Highly Recommended, we will definitely go back when we return to Fez.

The Riad is really nice and big. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful for our requests, finding restaurants etc. He prepared us breakfasts when we leave early in the morning. The room was spacious and clean. Overall it is a nice and authentic Riad. The roof terrace was amazing to relax.

We had a fantastic stay at the Riad. Kind staff, good beds and a very spacious room. The breakfast was generous and nice. Also we booked a massage, which was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend people staying here!

Everything was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fresh and wonderful. The optional dinners were better than the restaurants I found. There was a "hamman" (traditional bath and massage) available in the riad, which I especially enjoyed.

The facilities were fabulous. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. The look and feel of the courtyard and dining area was amazing - very beautiful mosaic and stucco work on the archways and walls. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, large wardrobe and well appointed bathroom. The dining for both breakfast and dinner was wonderful with authentic home cooked Moroccan meals that were delicious! We also enjoyed the traditional Hammam and the relaxing massage available at the property.
