Visiting this hotel has become a lovely tradition for us before Christmas. For the second year in a row, we were welcomed with such kindness and warmth. The staff is incredibly caring and professional, and all the ladies at the reception are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The building and location of the property was amazing, really loved the cellar location of the property it was so relaxing. Located in the middle of the old town you could not get anymore central than this. Staff were really helpful and responsive too through messages on booking. The open shower and huge bath were amazing too very zen, would recommend this property to anybody visiting Vilnius.
