The location is very good. It takes about 7 minutes walking to the beach. The staff is very friendly. We booked a room with breakfast and ordered dinner separately. The meal was tasty. The room was amazing. Staff provided us with an excursion to Pigeon Island -- it was very nice.

Super clean and big room, place for sitting in front of the room. Great garden, well maintained. Beach is 2 mins away. You can use kitchen for preparing food, refrigerator in the kitchen. Thines is great host, speaks good english. I had a problem with foot wound and Thines was able to help me. Thank you so much!

Great view to the lake and walking distance to the beach. Tasty food at the restaurant and great service from all the staff, mainly from the Front office staff: Priwin, Mayuran, Roshan, Abinaya, Sanujan & Krishiha. The hotel arranged a sunset canopy trip for us around the lake that was just lovely.

The staff are wonderful the manager Deleepe went out of his way to make our stay perfect. The staff all delightful and efficient Methila and all the staff at the restaurant. Breakfast was too good and nice. The property is just about 5 minutes walk away from the Uppuveli beach which is really nice. There are so many restaurants and bars are on the beach too... will come back for sure :)
