A wonderfully peaceful place, a beautiful, spacious room with a huge bed and a balcony overlooking the trees and the monkeys that live there😍Very clean bathroom, hot water and toiletries. Very nice owners, very helpful. The whole building was calm and quiet. One of the best places I've been to during my trip to SriLanka. There is a restaurant next door, there are breakfasts and lunches. The restaurant is owned by the same owners. They also have a tuk tuk available so you can arrange a ride if you want to keep going. Highly recommended☺️And most importantly, opposite, just after crossing the street is the descent to the beach where you can admire the turtles and 3 minutes to Coconut Tree Hill. Beautiful place.

One of the best hotel stays we’ve had! The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfasts were definitely the best we had during our time in Sri Lanka. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We also want to highlight Malith - he was always around, super friendly, and helped us with any questions we had during our stay. He even printed out activity and sightseeing options near the hotel, which was really thoughtful. The food at the restaurant isn’t cheap, but everything we ordered was delicious - especially the tuna steak. The portion was so big it could easily feed two people!

Breakfast was incredible. The best Sri Lankan breakfasts we had. Our hosts were super attentive making sure we were topped up on tea and breakfast foods. Stayed there for four days and had a different breakfast each morning to our delight. Our host also noted we weren't a fan of Papaya and stopped giving those on fruit platters and provided alternatives without asking. Clean rooms, hot water, a short walk outside of town so nice and quiet. Really great value for money. The sweetest hosts.

We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and it was like home! Everything was super good! The beach is the best in Mirissa. Swimming with big turtles every day, waves were very calm - very good conditions for children. In one evening we saw the big turtle coming to lay eggs. The breakfast was very good, the restaurant in the hotel is also good. We got the room better than we booked and it was very big with 2 big comfortable beds - very convenient light and super view to the ocean from the balcony. The owner and manager are very very nice people who love children and know how to make everything for guests to have an ideal holiday! If I come back to Sri Lanka one day - I will stay only in this hotel!

A super lovely host family, good facilities and what I personally liked best: Not directly in the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to reach everything on foot.

his was our best hotel out of 5 hotels we visited during our 2 week stay in Srilanka. my family consists of 2+2, and the ocean suite on the ground floor was perfect for us. It has direct access to the beach, pool and restaurant through the terrace window which is great when you have kids. The water in the pool is very warm so my kids spend long hours there, it also has two shallow areas which can be great for toddlers or for sunbathing in the shallow water. It is about 20 feet long so it was great for swimming too. The sunbeds were very comfortable and the view of the ocean was perfect. The breakfast consisted of coffee or tea, fresh juice, a fruit plate, a choice of muffin, croissants or my favorite banana bread and one of 11 amazing breakfasts a la carte. As for the noise from the street it wasn't a problem for me, you only notice it during the day if you want to spend some time in silence in your room. When you are next to the pool you will not hear it. At night drivers don't use their horns and the noise from the street is similar to the sound of ocean waves. I regret that I couldn't stay longer.
