A wonderfully peaceful place, a beautiful, spacious room with a huge bed and a balcony overlooking the trees and the monkeys that live there😍Very clean bathroom, hot water and toiletries. Very nice owners, very helpful. The whole building was calm and quiet. One of the best places I've been to during my trip to SriLanka. There is a restaurant next door, there are breakfasts and lunches. The restaurant is owned by the same owners. They also have a tuk tuk available so you can arrange a ride if you want to keep going. Highly recommended☺️And most importantly, opposite, just after crossing the street is the descent to the beach where you can admire the turtles and 3 minutes to Coconut Tree Hill. Beautiful place.

I had an amazing stay here! The room is very basic but got everything you need. The host really looks after you. There's a shared inside bathroom and also an outdoor shower which I enjoyed using so much! The location is ideal, as it's a walkable distance from everywhere. If you're not looking for something too fancy but a beautiful little guesthouse for the best price in town, this is your gem!

if you want to feel like a number, stay on the beach, pay more and have a totally ordinary experience, don't come here! If, however, you want to feel at home, pay the right amount, stay 25 seconds from the sea (literally counted), be treated with extreme kindness, hospitality, warmth, if you want to feel that your trip is true and genuine then you absolutely must come here. Thusara is an excellent host, her guesthouse will become your home, the breakfasts are delicious and if you can't tear yourself away from your computer or smartphone, the connection works very well. We had a very good time and if we return to Mirissa we will one hundred percent return to Thusara. 10/10

The property was right on the beach, which was so lovely - easy access to snorkel and swim whenever you want, and usually there were turtles in the water! The shower was easily the best we had in our entire trip, with good water pressure and it actually got hot! The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner worked really well. We were overall very happy.

This property is an excellent stay in Mirissa, if we could give it more stars we would! The host family is incredibly kind, friendly and always greet you with a smile throughout the day. They provided us with a kettle and a charging adapter also for convenience. The facilities are great! The beds are comfortable, room clean and they have a full sized mosquito net around the beds. There is even hot water! The location was brilliant, there’s plenty of delicious food around, and in a short walk you can reach the Main Street. We ended up extending our stay because it was so great here.

his was our best hotel out of 5 hotels we visited during our 2 week stay in Srilanka. my family consists of 2+2, and the ocean suite on the ground floor was perfect for us. It has direct access to the beach, pool and restaurant through the terrace window which is great when you have kids. The water in the pool is very warm so my kids spend long hours there, it also has two shallow areas which can be great for toddlers or for sunbathing in the shallow water. It is about 20 feet long so it was great for swimming too. The sunbeds were very comfortable and the view of the ocean was perfect. The breakfast consisted of coffee or tea, fresh juice, a fruit plate, a choice of muffin, croissants or my favorite banana bread and one of 11 amazing breakfasts a la carte. As for the noise from the street it wasn't a problem for me, you only notice it during the day if you want to spend some time in silence in your room. When you are next to the pool you will not hear it. At night drivers don't use their horns and the noise from the street is similar to the sound of ocean waves. I regret that I couldn't stay longer.

It was a pleasure staying here. Vish and Prasana made our stay very comfortable! We were celebrating our honeymoon and they made a romantic setting in the room for us which was a nice touch. Breakfast was great every day with different options and they were flexible with the time. The rooms were very clean and spacious. It's a short walk through the villa grounds to the private beach which ls great to relax with your partner or family, also a short drive to the more busy beaches so it was perfect to have option of both.

What we loved - great staff who went out of their way to accommodate us for various requests - perfect location, easily walkable between Secret Beach, Mirissa Beach and restaurants in town - nice, clean and comfortable rooms - in-house spa, providing good massages for decent prices - generous breakfast with a mix of western and local foods
