The staff of Mudliyar house is truly amazing. The really make sure you all having the best time and are very interested and intuitive. The chef is incredible. Best foods of Sri Lanka so far! The pool and garden are clean and very nice with sun and shade in the pool. Perfect for the children. There is a small beach where you can swim just across the street. Our stay was very relaxed. We stayed 5 days and enough every minute. Thank you all for your great stay!

This resort exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely stunning. Newly opened. Perfect location 5 mins to beach across the train track. Shops nearby and beach restaurants not too far away. It took me 15 mins to walk to Amaroo- highly recommend for lunch or dinner with amazing cocktails. I did Chinthas cooking lesson-Amazing, search google! Great Ayurvedic centre on corner near railway crossing. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The owners too, I met them on a couple of occasions. The breakfast was lovely, can accommodate if you have any preferences. The room is huge, so spacious and a gorgeous outside bathroom. The pool is just stunning, it's peaceful and relaxing and lovely to see the tortoises, birds and various other animals! Do not hesitate to book here, I just wish I stayed longer! Thank you again for the late check out.

We had a wonderful stay, initially booking three nights which we extended to eight nights. After travelling around Sri Lanka this was the ideal place to stay and relax. Ideally located just off the main Beach front a 200m walk apx very clean, modern, spacious accommodation with ever helpful staff, night security and lovely breakfast/reception area.
