I have stayed in many hotels across the globe, but this was the only hotel where they refilled the mini bar with three soft drinks, one juice, one packet of nuts, and a packet of biscuits completely free of charge. I loved the infinity pool and rooftop garden, delicious breakfast, and their specious lobby. The hotel gave me a free upgrade as a goodwill gesture since I booked for six nights. I enjoyed the sunset from their private beach lounge, which was a moment to cherish. The hotel also arrange a complimentary city tour for their guests everyday. All these touch points were great moments of truth to me. I highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff providing 5 star service throughout. Front of house, concierge, bar team, all were fantastic. The best breakfast buffet was a welcome surprise and an awesome Chinese restaurant too.

Everything from start to finish. Sampath is just an EXCEPTIONAL host! He welcomed us, offered tea/coffee/snacks, gave us plenty of tips and ideas about what to do in the area. Personally took us to some places. The Eco Lodge is kept extremely nice and clean. Very comfortable beds and all facilities. Also, Sampath's wife is an amazing cook. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and our wishes were totally taken into account. They also have a super cute dog and cat. Just... Book this place, it's amazing!
