Location, comfortable room, beach was great! Kids loved the supervised kids club.

Lovely room, clean & spacious. The grounds at La Perla were beautiful, lots a luscious tropical plants and the pool was a nice cool off. Very comfortable.

Everything was perfect. The family that runs the hotel are so friendly and helpful. The food options were fair enough.

WIFI works good for remote work with video calls. So lovely lady owner that was cooking delicious breakfast for me. AC works very well.

After 13 (budget) accommodations in Sri Lanka, this was definitely the best value for our money. Large and very clean room, very kind hosts, nicely located between the beach and the main road and a well-working shower with hot water.

We spent last night at Sea Rock Villa and it was the best choice we could have done! like a boutique hotel with just few rooms amazingly decorated, with high selling, pool view, amazing breakfasts and so-so kind and gentle people! there’s a restaurent for lunch and dinner, the plates choice is very good, many local dishes, very good prices. the pool is just fantastic! ❤️ and for sure, an ocean in front… we managed to swim, the waves are not strong. and the sunset was so beautiful! we regret we didn’t stay more nights, really! a place to come back!!!

Club Villa was such a beautiful place to stay! We stayed there for 2 days at the end of a busy trip travelling around Sri Lanka and we needed rest and relaxation! Everything about it was exceptional - best shower, comfortable spacious room! We loved the gardens and pool! The food was one of the best that we had in Sri Lanka! We recently spent five days at this beautiful hotel, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Every single person working here deserves the highest praise: From the reception and restaurant teams to the spa staff, gardeners, and service crew. Everyone was incredibly friendly, genuine, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you goes to our butler, Badde, who made our stay unforgettable. His attention to detail and thoughtful surprises turned our holiday into something even more special. Beyond his professionalism, he is simply a wonderful person, full of positive energy. The property itself is breathtaking. Located on a large rock overlooking the coast, it feels as if you are floating between forest, beach, and sea. The sound of the waves is always present, and the views in every direction are magical. Despite being around 30 years old, the hotel feels modern and very well maintained. Improvements are constantly being made. The architecture and interior design are unique and tasteful, far more characterful than in many new hotels. Some reviews mention that certain areas might feel a little “aged,” but in our opinion, that criticism is entirely misplaced. Naturally, not every pool or wall can be rebuilt every few years and there is absolutely no reason to. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food is another highlight. Even after five days, we kept discovering new dishes to try, each one beautifully presented and full of flavor. The variety and quality are truly impressive. All in all, this hotel combines hospitality, design and experience in a way that’s very rare to find. We left deeply relaxed and already looking forward to returning one day.

Very stylish lux hotel by famous Sri Lankan architect, stunning property with high quality service, nice rooms with beautiful view, 2 pools, right next to the railroad with trains occasionally passing by which makes a great experience, beach 2 minutes away, surf spot 10‘ away down the beach (with surfboard rental), beautiful sunset
