Thank you, thank you, thank you. A magical place, a wonderful hotel. We would like to thank everyone — both the administration and the service staff. I won’t go into details because everything was perfect from arrival to departure. P.S. After JATI hotel we arrived at Koh Rong Island, at the Golden Beach Resort, and compared to JATI it was like night and day 😢 I highly, highly recommend JATI hotel to everyone!!! We will definitely return to this hotel, and more than once!

What truly sets Koh Russey Resort apart is its incredibly helpful and attentive staff. From the moment we stepped foot on the island, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was nothing short of perfection. Special mention must be made of Sreyny at the spa, whose massage was truly the highlight of our trip – the best we've ever experienced. The service throughout the resort is impeccable, with every need anticipated and exceeded. The cuisine is exceptional, offering a tantalizing array of dishes that celebrate the vibrant flavors of Cambodia. Whether dining in the elegant restaurant or enjoying a cocktail by the infinity pool, every meal was a culinary delight. Speaking of the infinity pool, it offers a mesmerizing oasis where you can soak up the sun and take in the stunning views of the ocean. The expansive beachfront, dotted with swaying palms and secluded spots, provides the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. As for the accommodations, the rooms are luxuriously appointed with every comfort considered. From plush bedding to modern amenities, each detail is carefully curated to ensure a restful and indulgent stay. In conclusion, Koh Russey Resort surpassed all our expectations and stands as the pinnacle of luxury and hospitality. It was truly the highlight of our journey and undoubtedly the best resort we've ever had the pleasure of visiting.

First and foremost the main reason we enjoyed our stay here is because of the staff. Specifically Kim Ladang was the most kind, generous and thoughtful host and made sure we were so comfortable and at ease. The other staff are very attentive but not overbearing. Very happy smiles everywhere. Buffet breakfast is incredible. Infinity pool and fitness centre are amazing.

Restaurant was in another building in front of the beach, there is transport facilities or you can easily walk. The staff were very kind specially Ken Queenco who helps us with the ferry.

It’s a comfortable apartment with everything you need. Large Balcony and extra table in and outside. Its access is directly through the Mall which has a large supermarket and cinemas. Nanei is a great host and responds quickly to everything. Very large pool.

Great property and facilities. The rooftop pool was lovely and had great views. Food was good too. I came and needed to pick up some medication and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. They had one of their drivers take me to a pharmacy, wait and take me home, all free of charge.

The staff were very attentive, and the restaurant was well stocked, with a great selection of cuisine.

This hotel exudes character and history. The atmosphere and overall experience was excellent and although the hotel had a few minor repairs needed such as tiles missing on the infinity pool, but this did not detract from our .experience. The New Year buffet on the beach was amazing and the best we've ever attended. Room was large and comfortable and had a great view of the bay. The staff including the general manager worked so hard to ensure everyone has had a special night and throughout our stay he service was first class.

The room, the swimming pool and the staff were all excellent.
