Very nice place, staff is helpful and food is tasty. You can rent a motorbike from the hotel, very easy to get around. Hotel organized airport pick-up, ferry tickets and transfer to hotel and they add this to your room bill so that is excellent as you don't need to pay and manage each step on your own. Room cleaning is on request and that is good as nobody will bother you all the time. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful stay away from noisy bars and nightlife.

We loved everything from room, location, food was beautiful. Staff worried about us getting to Bungalows because the weather was bad. They came outside and covered us with umbrellas carrying our bags. They have looked after us like family. A bungalow house with a semi-outdoor bathroom, very close to a large forest, giving a strong sense of connection with nature. I truly think that all the staff are kind and treat each other with respect, like a family members or friends. Even though we are customers, we also treat them with equal respect and fairness. All the staff are very responsive and incredibly amazing. The WiFi is unbelievably good (I can't believe WiFi can be that great, hahaha). The beach across the street is also kept very clean. What a wonderful place. The pool area is perfect for relaxing with a couple of drinks and the staff are super friendly and helpful (shout out to Reggie). The location is great, with white sand and calm waters, while being close to the pier for the ferry or grabbing the VIP tour, which was a nice trip to see the islands highlights and swim in bioluminescent plankton.
