When I first came in the building, I was afraid that my booking is wrong since it was old with peeling stairs. But when I open the door of the apartment, it is far beyond my expectation. The apartment is clean, comfortable at a very convenient location. I love that every room has window, full of sunlight and the lines of trees in front of. The host is nice and available whenever I need help.

This stay was truly magnificent! Spacious rooms, super comfy beds, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. When we had trouble with the delivery of our luggage by Turkish Airlines, they were accomodating and making phonecalls for us when needed. Especially Nestan helped us out when a ‘representative’ of the airline tried make us sign a document, prohibiting us to make a claim against the airline. She was decisive, solution-oriented and stood her ground which was exactly what we needed to get our luggage back without signing something we did not want to agree on.

Very good buffet for breakfast, on the last floor of the building with a wonderful view on the mountains. The bed was very confortabile and large. No noise at all from the street. The personnel at the lobby usually speak a good English.
