Staff amazing, we checked in at 12 am, the room was clean, bed was good, room with everything working and good space, however hotel is old and difficult to find in English on the gps, also a bit expensive but was the cheaper on its area, so I recommend it to go to sleep and leave early that’s about it. Oh also well equipped vending machines selling everything

excellent hotel. amazing views of mt. fuji from the room. we rented the e-bikes from the reception and biked around the lake and town which was great fun. there is a private rooftop onsen for an extra fee but it was absolutely worth it - i recommend booking it before the sunset for amazing mt. fuji & lake views. staff was very helpful and spoke excellent english. the room and bathroom were spacious and clean, comfortable bed.

There is shuttle service available at Mt Fuji station for those who do not drive. The place looked great. We managed to have a clear view of Mt Fuji in the morning and it was breathtaking. There was even a brief moment when the Mt Fuji turned pink in the morning during sunrise. The hot spring and shower area looked like a private bathhouse. Food was normal and enough for us, but you can consider bringing additional food and snacks. There were A LOT of free beverages.

One of the nicest hotels as ever stayed at. Incredible location and unforgettable view of Mt Fuji, the room was absolutely amazing, with our private sauna and private onsen. We wished we would have stayed one more day at least. Get the room with the private onsen, it’s worth it!

Jacuzzi with view to Mt. Fuji was really nice. Clean facilities, sauna, onsen (all can be reserved in advance). So you can enjoy with your partner. The owner is very friendly, plays guitar and sings. 10-15m flat walk from the red bus station. Last 10meters to the house is a little hike. Doable with a backpack even with luggage, taxi not needed in my opinion.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room beautifully merged 'Japandi' aesthetics, a blend of Japanese and Western styles. This is, by far, my favorite hotel in Japan. Although the staff didn't speak English, their efforts to assist were commendable and appreciated. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. The Onsen attached to the hotel is the best I experienced during my entire trip in Japan. The view of Mt. Fuji on my last day from the window was unforgettable. I will definitely return
