In general a superb place to stay in connection with an international flight to/from Haneda. Extremely convenient location a 5 minute walk inside from the terminal, and also a number of shops and restaurants in the same building complex as the hotel. Super nice onsen public bath that was included with the room charge. Great service and amenities etc.

Huge amount of staff, everything delivered relatively fast, staff couldn't be anymore professional. The staff was the highest point for me. Housekeeping happens twice a day which is more than most 5* hotels.

We regretfully did not make use of any of the restaurants or other facilities, since we stayed the last 2 nights of our Japan-trip and still liked to see more of the city. The location is perfect (on top of one of the major transport hubs) and the staff is super! Love to stay there again if we ever get a chance to visit Japan again.

The breakfast was amazing, there were western and japanese options which I really like. There was a lot included and also the option to book more for an additional fee, which is totally fine, as the buffet options were broad and really nicely displayed.

Very nice capsule hotel with included Spa. The capsule was clean, bed was slightly hard but comfortable. The Spa is amazing and has 2 sauna's, a hot tub and a cold bath. Shower amenities were supplied and very good. My stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Besides that the hostel is also very conveniently located for exploring Tokyo as it is very close to a metro station.

great amenities included. Simple but delicious breakfast, free rice and miso soup during the evening, free spirits and wide range of soft drinks. Comfy, quiet public area for relaxing. Amazing Spa area with hot bath and sauna. The hotel is very central and very well connected the lockers are very well organised. Just make sure not to travel with a huge luggage, but even if you do they'll try accomodate you
