Staff amazing, we checked in at 12 am, the room was clean, bed was good, room with everything working and good space, however hotel is old and difficult to find in English on the gps, also a bit expensive but was the cheaper on its area, so I recommend it to go to sleep and leave early that’s about it. Oh also well equipped vending machines selling everything

Exceptional hotel. Beautiful location. Loved every minute of it. We dined there. The French menu is a work of art and incredibly delicious. The shabu shabu was excellent. And the people working there are the best.

One of the nicest hotels as ever stayed at. Incredible location and unforgettable view of Mt Fuji, the room was absolutely amazing, with our private sauna and private onsen. We wished we would have stayed one more day at least. Get the room with the private onsen, it’s worth it!

We had an amazing time at Crescendo! Yoshi was a great host, welcomed us warmly, helped us with information about the area and what activities we can do, offered us a wonderful private guitar concert and made us feel like at home. 10/10 for the breakfast and the perfect atmosphere at the inn. The location is also great, only 10 minutes walking from the lake and views of Mount Fuji.
