It was one of the best hotels i ever stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful. They made sure that our stay was enjoyable comfortable and memorable. It was my mother s birthday celebration and many staff wished her a happy birthday during our stay.. The services from the reception, the room service and restaurant were the best. We loved staying at the hotel. The view of osaka castle day and night was MUST see from the reception. The room was beautifully furbished and very clean. And it was facing the castle and waking up to the view was breathtaking. The location was excellent as well. Far enough from the city business but close enough to have access to public transport. Highly recommend this place if you are after luxury and comfort.

Beautifully stylish hotel with jaw dropping views. Room was comfortable and well laid out with thoughtful touches. Very luxurious. Loved having a Dyson hairdryer to use as I had to leave mine at home. Breakfast buffet was great and bar service in lounge terrific.

I travel a lot. This is one of the best hotels in the last 25 years. It is beyond the categories of stars. It is as if you came to a wonderful old friend and he received you with warmth and love. Excellent layouts with thoughtful solutions down to the last detail. The location is convenient for exploring Osaka and all the nearby cities. The most important thing is the staff. Wonderful people who left the warmest memories of themselves. So if you have the opportunity to stay here - consider yourself a lucky chance that you simply must take advantage of.
