The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool on the roof with a fantastic view of the sunset. As our room was located on the 12th floor, we had free access to the pool with amenities and free drinks included. The onsen within the hotel has excellent facilities.

The hotel and the room were amazing. We left with a heavy heart since we loved our stay so much. We were unlucky to have some bad weather for the first couple of days of our stay, but luckily the hotel facilities and surrounding areas kept us highly satisfied! The spa and pools are amazing, and the public bath is great as well. Breakfast is really good, but could get repetitive for some people since it's the same menu more or less, but I think it's still really good.

EXCEPTIONAL! I wanted to stay there forever. The room was huge, we got pyjamas, the kitchen was equipped, beds were really big, we had a balcony with very big windows. This hotel is so clean and design that it’s a simple pleasure to be there. Onsen on the rooftop with free drinks all day long is definitely a bonus. Also the staff was very nice and helpful!
