Great hotel with amazing view to Mt Fuji from the beautiful garden they have and even from the hotel room! The public onsens (remember they are separated by gender) both indoor and outdoor were really in good condition and you get all the proper facilities and amenities to have a great indulging time. The Japanese dinner we had as part of our deal was also very good, with several dishes typical Japanese style and the western breakfast had a big variety and was really good too! All with a very professional and kind staff. I truly Recommend the hotel for few days of recharging by Lake Ashi with beautiful Mount Fuji

We arrived on a very rainy day and were pleasantly surprised the next day when Mt Fuji showed itself in its full glory right from the window of our room. The hotel is a little outdated, but still had all the amenities and comforts. Breakfast was also very good. The location and the resort style cafes/restaurants were also a very pleasant surprise. Unfortunately we only stayed the night, wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel offers free shuttle from the train station, that was a bonus. Highly recommend people stay here and explore the area.

mistakenly booked our hotel room for the next day of our stay. However, the staff was so accommodating that they allowed us to check in on the day we arrived instead. This was truly amazing, as otherwise we would have had to spend the day on the street.
