All in all it is a very nice place to stay close to the station. The spa area even provides a small relaxation area which is not common in Japan.

Perfectly placed within a few minutes walking distance to Kyoto-Kawaramachi Station, making it an easy commute from Osaka ! Every interaction with the hotel staff and facilities were seamless (the free coffee/matcha latte/soda/ice-cream was a very, very welcome surprise, especially after a long day exploring Kyoto!) The public baths were fantastic, clean and hygienic - the views/setting changes between the men and women everyday so that both baths can be experienced. They even helped us with our luggage and sending it across to Tokyo with minimum fuss, at our convenience. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

EVERYTHING. This hotel is insane! its so clean, you have to removed your shoes before entering the hotel because all the hotel's floor are tatami. There are so many choices of all you can drink in the lobby include hot choco, hot matcha latte, coffee, tea, water. At morning until 10 am, there are free probiotic drink, at 9-11 pm there are free shoyu ramen. The onsen was fabulous, it has 6 types of the pool. After onsen you can take all you can eat ice cream too and using the massage chair as well! And the last is DO NOT skip the breakfast! The workers were very nice also and the give me early check in, really really appreciate it.

We enjoyed everything, good location, stunning spacious room, restaurant serves tasty food - we ate there most nights. Drinks package good. Breakfast amazing.

I't literally one minute walk from Kyoto Station, and somehow is in a quiet street. The lobby is a beautiful art installation. The room (and the bathroom!) was big and modern, everything was controlled with a built-in iPad Mini. But hands down the best feature of the hotel is the polite and friendly staff, going beyond even what you are accustomed to in Japan.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Kyoto. The rooms were quite big and the staff were very friendly. About a 10-min walk to the metro and 10-min walk to Nishiki Market. Lots of things to eat nearby as well.

Stunning hotel on a perfect location - right next to a station and only 10 min walk to Gion. Beds are super comfortable and room is very luxurious. Staff is super friendly and helpful and do speak English.
