Nice hotel very close to the main station and well connected to other places in Kyoto by public transportation. Rooms are well equipped and the Spa area is nice. Just a possibility to relax inside the womens Spa would be great. We payed extta for breakfast on morning, it was great, a lot of different choice. Would stay here again.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. Facilities were brilliant, loved the free hot or cold drinks and ice lollies. But the best perk was the daily drink on the rooftop with a foot spa and a view of Kyoto. The onsen was amazing, so clean and had everything you need, one with the view was our favourite and it’s great this is rotated between men and women each day. Room was comfy but on the smaller side.

Fantastic staff. Great facility. Great value. Great location. The food quality was fantastic. It's one of the best breakfast buffets I've had at hotels. The complimentary ice cream, drinks, and even ramen... left my parents speechless. Will definitely book again the next we are in Kyoto.

Breakfast was OK, selection of both western and traditional dishes (+ all types eggs, served at the table). Location is very close to subway/train and also convenient to walk to/from the city center. Massage was great, room spacious and the tatami area welcomed!
