very well designed modern and comfortable room, with smart TV, dishwasher, wash machine and all the kitchen appliances. had dinner at méli mélo the French-Italian restaurant, food was delicious. coffee made by an Italian barista was the best I had in Hokkaido.

This is resort is ideally located within the Hanazono Ski area, making accessing to the slopes effortless. The mattress was super comfy, ensuring a deep relax after a long day on the mountain. I loved the food, the set menu was superb, super high quality food— truly like japanese fine dining for every meal. The food was just great, i cannot emphasise this enough. I also loved how friendly the staff was, they were so polite and accomodating—really beyond customer service. The onsen was also the best Ive ever been to (as someone who visits Japan yearly in the winter). Great vibe overall, the mood of the lounge was nice and relaxing.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful onsen and amazing proximity to Gran Hirafu right outside the ski valet. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Staff was excellent - very friendly and always helpful. Our entire stay was extremely relaxing and peaceful.
