The facilities are very perfect. Ie. shuttle bus from/to hotel to train station and ropeway, varieties of gold and silver onsens in one place are stunning we didn’t have to go other onsens to try both of them. The staff weere very friendly and sensible. I told them that I was celebrating my partner's birthday on that day beforehand, and they generously upgraded our room that had a lovely view of Kobe Harbour. All the facilities were clean and modern. The location was perfect too.

Loved the public bath and facilities around including the relaxing room with vending machines and the free ices on the evening and Yakult in the morning. The location was also great, right in the heart of Motomachi Chinatown area and walking distance to the train station to get around Kobe if you wanted to.
