Ie. shuttle bus from/to hotel to train station and ropeway, varieties of gold and silver onsens in one place are stunning we didn’t have to go other onsens to try both of them. The views of the Kobe Harbour were stunning. Our room was always cleaned so well. The staff at the front desk was happy, polite and informative. They suggested restaurants and stores to us when we asked and they were a hit!!! We loved ending our day on the roof top with a cold beverage and a chicken snack from the Family Mart located right next door to the hotel!

We really liked the onsen facilities and the relaxation room with manga and vending machines. This was not our first stay at a dormy inn hotel, we always prefer it to other city hotels because of its onsen, very good services (even the small details like the shampoo bar and the pijamas matter) and excellent breakfast. We also appreciated that they offered extra pillows when we needed them.

I booked this hotel for a business trip. I usually don't stay in such nice places, but the price at the time of booking was very reasonable. My expectations were met and I had a very comfortable stay. I wish my business trip was longer so I could stay another night.

Great hotel with easy access from the airport and other parts of the city. Large, comfortable, modern. Very tasty breakfasts and incredible views from the windows. Comfortable bed, bathroom. The room has everything you need and even more. I was pleased with the presence of a shop with food (by the way very tasty) on the ground floor.
