The hotel as well appointed as was our room. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and well worth it. We were offered a room upgrade that included access to the lounge and the breakfast. It was well worth it!

great location. close to the station but also to general public transport to visit highlights. nice restaurants and shops around as well. hotel had great facilities and very friendly staff

Excellent hotel , location is amazing, so clean one of the best APA branches I stayed in, highly recommended, only issue was the wind or cold air coming from the AC even it was off , but it was not really bothering me

Very nice staff, we were able to store our suitcases before check in and after check out. The Onsen has 3 baths and one sauna with no additional cost to use. Really enjoyed staying at this very central hotel and would recommend to everyone!

Our stay exceeded our expectations, which were already high based on photos and reviews of the hotel. The staff gave us a wonderful welcome and provided all useful information we could need (in English) and were so helpful in arranging transfers to and from the ferry port. The facility is gorgeous and it is clear that a lot of thought went into the details, from the amenities to the decor and also in the guest experience. The onsens were also beautifully done and very relaxing. The food was excellent and most of it locally sourced. The Japanese breakfast was exceptional and we also had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. Lastly, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a very lovely stay and would stay again!
