We arrived on a very rainy day and were pleasantly surprised the next day when Mt Fuji showed itself in its full glory right from the window of our room. The hotel is a little outdated, but still had all the amenities and comforts. Breakfast was also very good. The location and the resort style cafes/restaurants were also a very pleasant surprise. Unfortunately we only stayed the night, wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel offers free shuttle from the train station, that was a bonus. Highly recommend people stay here and explore the area.

The villa is incredibly cozy, and we absolutely loved the indoor onsen, which was perfectly heated. The complimentary champagne provided by the villa added a special touch to our honeymoon celebration. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and delicious.

Everything was perfect, the dinner food was worthy of a French gourmet restaurant, in a relaxed and warm atmosphere, the rooms were spacious and spotless. The breakfast was also great.

we stay in 5-star hotels all over the world. but this hotel… plays in a category of its own. it was the most comfortable, caring, pampering details satisfying hotel we’ve experienced so far. deeply impressed with the dinner & breakfast chef mastery. each day another menu. everything absolutely delicious. an explosion of exquisite flavors. the food is an experience by itself. the room is extraordinarily comfortable and well equipped the room onsen is just… the biggest delight. with all its setup, amenities and the outdoor bathroom design and details and the cherry on top of the cake - the customer service is beyond excellent. we had a dedicated staff member that made sure we were taken care of at all times. he genuinely went up and above to make us happy and always supported at all times. and all the rest of the staff was always supportive, friendly, ready to attend to all our desires. we couldn’t dream of more!

This is a bit of heaven on earth. We stayed here for three nights and it was a bliss after noisy and busy Tokyo. Trees, water, sounds of nature ❤️ Staff are the most friendly and helpful people. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Perfect coffee and really nice cakes at the café. Great hot stone massage. Everything was just wonderful. They've made an effort and it shows. We loved it.

The hotel is great: large and comfortable room, great ammenities, good meals. The best part is the hot spring bath (onsen). The staff is also very kind.

I loved my stay at Fujiyama hotel. my family and I enjoyed the Onsen, the garden, the reading lounge, the indoor pool and the confortable room. it was difficult for my kids to remove the hotel indoor clothes and leave the hotel. the staff was awesome.
