The property is simply a heaven. The garden is well taken care of, the rooms exquisite and everything is thought for you to relax in nature. It is not in the city, so you need either a car or taxi, but the type of property - spa - clearly indicates that. The breakfast is great, everything’s fresh and the people are very nice, willing to help with anything. A taxi ride from the hotel to the city centre & back is ensured by the hosts, & that usually works very good. Relaxation-wise, you surely can stay there and enjoy a restful, beautiful time for recharge. They are dog friendly, & Albus, the dog host is so nice & shy. The Romanian lady cooking the tarts is super nice & she made some awesome desserts. The reception staff was also very nice, helpful and a true joy to talk to. Surely will come back 🫠

But also everything else, the kitchen, the bed and the room, the floor, the bath bagno is clean, big and nice. Julia, Arthur and the team are exceptional hosts and staying at the Palazzo Monga feels like the ultimate luxury experience of Verona - which is a pretty special city in the first place. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. The breakfast served in the room was exceptional. Great restaurant recommendations, car parking made easy and splendid facilities.

Lovely hotel if a little hard yo locate as it is actually part of the Marco Polo hotel. Very central, excellent breakfast and a lovely room. Wonderful spa we had use of - costs extra but a lovely relaxing couple of hours in a busy holiday.

Nice spacious rooms, beautiful view of the castle. The staff were helpful and spoke very good English as our Italian was very limited. The breakfast staff were AMAZING, and my baby loved getting all the attention. The breakfast is good value and delicious! (We stayed at verona house). Didn't get a chance to use the hotel facilities such as the bar or hot tub. But with the shops and arena so close to us we didn't have time to try. We had a car, so the valet service was a nice touch. Would highly recommend!

Amazing hotel. Fantastic, very helpful staff that went above and beyond. Excellent breakfast which is at an amazingly reasonable price . Lovely hotel decor . Wonderful rooftop for drinks and dinner. You can book the hot tub exclusively for 30 minutes which is fantastic.

Absolutely loved staying here - this hotel strikes the perfect balance of luxury and home comforts. The staff were so helpful and made us feel welcome right away, and we found the setting incredibly relaxing. The furnishings are beautiful and the spa is lovely. The breakfast was delicious and I only wish I had a bigger appetite to eat more of it!
