A beautiful, extremely clean, and stylish B&B that truly felt like home. The family who run it are so lovely and welcoming — nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. This is the only place in Italy we would return to without hesitation. If I could give 20 out of 10, I would! It’s perfect. Don’t make the mistake of not staying here!

The staff were superb. We were greeted by Carlos and the team with such a warm welcome. We were able to check-in early and had a complimentary glass of prosecco which was a nice surprise. Throughout orlur stay Carlos and Co. were warm, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a stroll into town and the hotel occupies a proud position at the top of the hill. The star of the show here is the spa. A subterranean grotto of luxury unearthed in 2010 and transformed into a breathtaking experiential wellness centre. Included in our stay was an exclusive 2-hour traditional roman spa circuit and it was incredible. Thank you, Carlos and team for making our visit so unforgettable. We will be back!

The location is exceptional with great view This is a proper Agriturismo, something extremely difficult to find in Italy. They do really serve you the food they produce and they are proud of it and rightly so The restaurant offer you a real taste of Italian local (Umbria) food no if no but. All food it is superb but, in case you'll find it on the menu just ask for "Coratella" (starter) alongside one of their grilled dish (main) Their olive oil is what a farmer would call olive oil, forget the shelf filled with bottles having some green liquid inside. Once you have tried their olive oil you'll understand what you had so far was far from being olive oil The staff (owner included, Alessandro) are there to make you enjoy your stay and ready to help you out. Having worked as a waiter I can ensure their service it is well above excellent. The pool is clean, and they also have a small bar there where you can get a drink without running to the restaurant and offer the possibility of enjoy a superb beer they produce. Also, in case you like ice cream yogurt then you are in the right place to get the best I have ever had All the family enjoyed the stay, dog included! When we left we could not go if not by taking with us some of their olive oil, their soap and a good selection of their jam

The house is fantastic and every detail has been thought of - the garden is equipped with a bbq, lots of spaces to sit and relax (lots of shade), and a jacuzzi. The living room has a pool table that can be turned into a table tennis table and is for private use. The kitchen is lovely ( a typical ‘country kitchen ‘) and is also very well equipped (even oil, salt, pepper, coffee etc is available for use). Three of the bedrooms have double beds and another bedroom has two single beds. The mattresses are (unlike many holiday homes) very comfortable! The house is located in a small village. Despite the fact that it is very small, there are two very good restaurants, a bakery and a bar! The nearest supermarket is 3 km away. Assisi is about 13 minutes driving from the house. The host is super friendly and responds very quickly to any questions. We also received some great tips for places to visit. We definitely recommend this place!!

The rooms were very comfortable, 3 rooms were booked and 7 guests and all very comfortable, staff at breakfast accommodated our needs. The staff overall very helpful especially with helping us arrange taxis on a number of occasions. Some of the our party also used the spa they said it was amazing

Very clean, comfortable bed, outstanding breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff, excellent massage, a large terrace to enjoy the beautiful view. There’s a spa area and swimming pool too.

Fabulous location just a short walk from spello centre. Very friendly welcome by the lovely lady host on reception. I used the pool which was cold but lovely to relax by after lots of days driving. Didn’t pay the extra for the spa, maybe if I stayed more than one night. Great breakfast, accommodating for dairy free dietary req :)
