The hotel is amazing, it is located between the wine hills and the perfect hideaway for a couple of relaxing days or the perfect starting point for exploring the area. We felt very welcomed here, the staff is super friendly and everything was super clean. The SPA area is great, with three saunas, a jacuzzi and a nice relaxing area. The outside area with all those many relaxing spaces is amazing as well and also the round pool is perfect for cooling down on a hot summer day. Although the hotel was fully booked we never had the feeling it was because we could enjoy plenty of relaxing and silent places. We definitely will come back and recommend it!

The room was very comfortable, large bed, good matress and clean linen. The bathroom was good, luminous and clean with a shower, toilet, bidet and large mirror and sink area with some place to put our things. AC worked well, and the big windows faces the church square. The TV was connected and could also work with Chromecast. The parking was close by and practical, with private spots and free overflow public spots if needed. We did not try the interior pool, but we took advantage of the 2 jaccuzzis outside and the sunbeds: it is easy to book them for 2 hours. They are fully exposed in the morning, in the shade in the evening. The location was perfect to drive the scenic roads to Florence or Sienna, and the small town had several restaurants, a bakery and a few shops so we could stay there for a day if we wished to. The staff was very nice and helpful, they were able to answer our questions and fulfill our requests quickly.

Our stay at Podere 1384 was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The manager, Andrea, was always available and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. He provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hidden spots in the area, which truly enhanced our experience in Tuscany. The entire team at Podere 1384 is outstanding – warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can feel that every guest is important here. A special thank you goes to Anetta from housekeeping, who took such great care of us when we encountered a small issue during our stay. The property is absolutely stunning – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. At times, we felt as if we had the entire hotel to ourselves. What a wonderful place! Great location on a hill, among the vineyards. Beautiful views. Lots of space to relax, peace and quiet. Two great pools, a restaurant with delicious food, delicious homemade wine. And the most friendly, helpful and at the same time professional staff! I will return for sure!
