The evening we arrived at this beautiful place we were tired and stressed from a busy day . The minute we drove through the gates we knew we were in heaven . Next we met the wonderful Gessica who welcomed us so warmly we felt like she was family . The suite we booked was everything we wanted and needed from the glorious bath tub to the comfortable bed with lovely linen . Breakfast was absolutely delicious and once again we were served by Gessica who helped plan our day . All in all it was an excellent experience staying here and my only regret is we couldn’t have stayed longer to fully appreciate the wonderful hospitality and amenities available. 10/10 💥

Amazing new hotel, extremely well managed and with a high customer service. Everything is well thought through and we felt at home from first minute. We were welcomed by the manager who helped us with tips and local suggestions every day. Food is to die for (Kayma bar&lounge). She is an amazing professional and a very likeable person. Hats off to the staff who was really accomodating and professional. We loved the room, the facilities, the gym, the spa, the pool and jacuzzi. We were simply sorry we did not book more days.

We would come back every time. Despite the hotel being beautiful for itself and the landscape as well - the lovely staff is taking care of everything. Very good starting point as well to discover the most spots in tuscany. If you want peace and a relaxed stay this is your choice.

The estate is huge, feels like a Spanish farm with exclusive villas for private use, each with a pool. We stayed in the hotel part and it was also amazing, small number of rooms, so that we almost felt like we're alone there. The beds were super comfortable, the room and bathroom were very well equipped and nicely designed. We had a pretty view from the room and every morning felt like a dream. Great breakfasts, you can order eggs if you like, but apart from that you have a great buffet with salmon, ricotta, fresh fruits, cheese, ham and more. For those who complain about breakfasts, I think they just don't know how an Italian breakfast look like. We stayed in three hotels during this trip, and in Viesca we had the best breakfast and the most salty options. Great pool, two tennis courts, bikes, gym and a spa. We will definitely come back!
