Very simple process to pickup the key. The host provided all the information in advance clearly. The apartment is in ground floor and with elderly people within our group was perfect. It is very centrally located within Pisa and the apartment was very quiet. The city center can be reached by foot within 10 minutes. Good place to choose for a short stay in Pisa.

The staff were very attentive, the facilities top class and not crowded. The advantage of being pampered in the spa area was very relaxing as well as the daily visits to the thermal pools. The rooms were spacious, clean, daily maintained, with lovely showers. The restaurant was 5 star, as was the service.

My Guesthouse was a lovely place to stay, the rooms have been furnished and decorated to a very high standard, the communal spaces are very nice, light and airy and comfortable. The outdoor space is a perfect place to eat the fantastic breakfast. The owners Mirko and Monti were really helpful, very nice and we couldn’t have wished for better hosts. Two members of my party had massages at My Guesthouse which they really enjoyed. The apartments/rooms were very clean and quiet at night, they are accessed via an old door from the street and up the stairs, a lift is available. My Guesthouse is located in a lovely part of Lucca near Piazza Anfiteatro and was within easy walking distance of everything to see. I would highly recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Lucca.

Everything ! It was a very nice experience, away from the tourist crowds but still close to everything, Pisa, sea, Volterra, Lucca.... After a hot day, you can cool off in the very clean and well-maintained swimming pool. The property is also well maintained.

Exceptional location. Totally exceptional and unique building. Due to the opening roof it is difficult to keep insects out. But this is a very low price to pay for this once-in-your-lifetime location and building.

We loved the villa, it was perfect for our trip, comfortable and clean and such a good location to walk into Lucca. Walter was the perfect host, so helpful and friendly and happy to help us out or offer assistance booking transport. Walter and his Father were also kind enough to drive us to the station. I'd love to come back to Lucca and would definitely stay at Villa Camilla again, we all had such a wonderful time. We were all sad to leave.
