Pienza is a beautiful village, the Val d'Orcia is breathtaking. We were welcomed by Paola, who is a magnificent ambassador for the property, she really made us feel incredibly welcome. The restaurant was also excellent, we had a fantastic dinner. We came off season, (March) which added to the tranquility. I think you would come here to enjoy a quiet, peaceful retreat, and it is a nice base to explore the Tuscan wine region.

Just a few steps from Pienza's historic centre and central Via Santa Caterina, Albergo Rutiliano offers paid parking and Wi-Fi. It has a garden with small summer pool, deckchairs and parasols.

The property is in a tranquil street in the centre of Pienza. We stayed in the rooftop room with an absolutely stunning view. The room is very well decorated and the host provided us with Orange juice, water, pastries, fruit, teas etc which was a nice addition. The host is also very nice.

Miraggio in Val d’Orcia Relais & Spa. The staff were all very welcoming, especially the manager who checked in on us several times throughout our stay. We booked the spa experience (with sauna, steam room, and massage) and had the whole space to ourselves. it was such a relaxing treat. Breakfast each morning overlooking the Tuscan greens was beautiful, and the room was stylish, comfortable, and well thought out.

We loved everything about Poggio Paradiso! It was clear the entire staff wanted to do everything they could to make our stay perfect. Luigi was a huge help before we arrived, arranging bikes and dinner reservations for us. He even ran to the bike store immediately to exchange my bike for an electric one when we realized how hilly the area is. The food was fantastic (dinner and breakfast). The location is beautiful and convenient for getting to all the nearby cities. The room and bed were huge and well decorated. You don’t need to leave the property if you don’t want to. We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the afternoon and out on the terrace in the early evening. A+ property!!

The hotel was amazing! We had a very good time. The hotel is quiet, has huge relaxing thermal pools, faces beautiful mountains, and the decor is stunning, it can’t get any better! The restaurant also has very good food, and the free breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh and tasty! We liked the hotel being secluded and a perfect size for relaxation. The staff there was all very polite and professional. We spoke with Michele and Claudia a lot in the front desk. They are simply the best! This is the highlight of our entire trip. Nobilis Charme Relais is a quite new (I believe they opened in Summer 2025) luxurious stay a couple of minutes outside Montepulciano. We had a wonderful stay there in a gorgeous large, comfortable room overlooking Val d'Orcia. We really enjoyed the spa with Sauna, Aroma Therapy Showers, Outdoor Jaccuzzi and the rich and varied Breakfast. Katerina at the reception made great restaurants recommendations based on our taste and took care of all reservations.
