From the first moment we entered until we left, Diana (Guest Relations) and her team treated us like royalty. Everyone was friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The room was stunning (along with the view). The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were fantastic (feather or memory foam!). The beach set up was luxurious and not crowded like the other hotels. The dining was top notch including the wine. We ate on the beach twice and the view was stunning. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and the coffee was good. The spa and wellness were clean and comfortable. We also had a couples massage which was very relaxing. Excelsior is a wonderful experience and we would recommend it highly.

We had a fantastic stay at this brand-new hotel right by the beach. Everything felt fresh, modern, and beautifully finished. Our room with sea view and multiple balconies was amazing.
