Everything was well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The entire facility is clean, luxurious, and well hidden from outside the complex (an old tomato factory). We loved the breakfast – especially thanks to the whole team and their supervisor. Free parking is available nearby, and everything Palermo has to offer is within walking distance, including the central bus station (for the airport, etc.). We would definitely book it again.

Utterly entrancing place, newly renovated, charme de l'ancien and excellent new bathrooms with good sturdy fixtures. My little suite had a roof terrace as well as a balcony. Common areas are adorable and comfortable. Delicious breakfast, attentive staff, great value, super location around the corner from the hipsterish Moltivolti and just steps from Ballarò while shielded from the chaos in an historic, clean & quiet square. Highly recommended

Everything- it was fantastic. The private spa bath, sauna and steam room were very modern, clean and luxurious. The room was very clean and modern. Nice courtyard to relax in. Very modern security system- no keys just digital code was also very good. Owner very helpful and friendly- he fully explained all the features of the apartment. Great location . Easy 10 minute walk from train station and easy 5 minute walk to Palace and into Main Street. Owner gave lots of good recommendations for food etc. Good eating spots nearby. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Giuseppe, the host, was really kind. When we left our clothes at the hotel and asked him to see again to pick it up, he brought it to us with smiling. Thank you very much at the time. The most wonderful point of this place is the bath. In my country, we soak in hot bath everyday so we could relief our tiredness of long flights with hot water at the bath.
