We had a Deluxe Room with courtyard view for 1 night. The room was large and also had a large bathroom. It was impeccably clean and well appointed, and included turn down service each evening. The breakfast had a huge variety of dishes to meet just about anyone's needs. The location is perfect, sitting at the edge in the Old Town, making everything walkable. Ordered room service one night and was surprised at the relatively reasonable prices. Booked a massage one day and paid € 90 for 80 min massage. The staff were very friendly and all spoke English. The stay was worth the cost for the level of luxury and service.

The staff are truly exceptional. Plus the location of course. We arrived off the ferry very early on a Sunday morning. And very stressed due to a large event having closed several roads making the recommended parking almost impossible to get to. But the hotel staff put things right immediately and immediately transformed our stay. Very impressive. And. The hotel itself is lovely.

Can't wait to return. The owner greeted us and the staff were so friendly. Behind the battered entrance lies an oasis. All the guests i met felt the same. From the roof terrace to the bwdroom to the grounds to the indoor heated plunge pool. Nothing could be faulted. Decent restaurant next door. Marina and Buttina museum 7 min walk. Heaven! My only fear is it will get so popular i wont be able to get a room. Thank you so much made our last night in Pallermo so special.

Good location close to restaurants and bars.. the staff was amazing all time They were very attentive and friendly, always willing to answer my questions. Clean rooms, especially loved the sauna inside the room. The gym is well equipped with treadmills, rowing machines and weights. We had dinner twice in the hotel restaurant and everything was incredible. Need to come back for sure.

Utterly entrancing place, newly renovated, charme de l'ancien and excellent new bathrooms with good sturdy fixtures. My little suite had a roof terrace as well as a balcony. Common areas are adorable and comfortable. Delicious breakfast, attentive staff, great value, super location around the corner from the hipsterish Moltivolti and just steps from Ballarò while shielded from the chaos in an historic, clean & quiet square. Highly recommended
