Well hotel was nicer than we expected. What makes it exceed expectations are the people who work there. Everyone from the receptionist to cleaning ladies and hosts do their beat to make you feel welcome. All the time!! It is a simple setup, but clean and well furbished. It is centrally located so expect town noise until 1am every day, but that is unavoidable in Central Naples. At the end I want to mention the people; they are all worthy of a 5 star hotel

Francesco proved to be an excellent host. Immediately available on the phone, he waited for us until late in the evening because of the train delay. The b&b is at few steps from Toledo metro Stop. The room is large, with an incredible spa hub, new, comfortable very clean. Breakfast excellent in the bar (50 meters from the b&b).

Very central in the middle of the old town. Renovated facilities inside, everything worked perfectly. Our room was same like in the pictures. Very clean with cleaning service and the towels were changed and new toiletries every day. Safety deposit box in the room. We had a fridge with welcoming water, a coffee machine and kettle in the room as well as coffee pads and tea bags and sugar. Just like in a hotel. I shouldn't forget to mention the very comfortable bed (mattress)and pillows! The only thing what is missing is slippers. :) The owner is a very nice person, he allowed us later check in than the allowed hours. He waited for us and he even arranged airport shuttle for a very good price. For the women's day a flower was left in the room as we came back in the evening. Very attentive owner! Thank you! :) I highly recommend this place and we would stay here again if next time in Napoli. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay! 😊

Great location walking distance to everything we needed to get to. Hosts where lovely , Alberto let us in , flavianos dad, he only speaks Italian we English but had a brilliant laugh!
