The attendant spoke good English and this is good for many travelers. The attendant was very helpful and personable. She was prompt and kind. The Business was an honest business, and this is hard to find. Excellent place to stay.

The relais sits in a remote location in the hills of tuscany, 15 away from Montalcino. The staff is super friendly and offers help for everything. The service and the food/wine selection was excellent and we really found nothing to complain about. Absolutely brilliant. We already said that we will be back again. Thanks to all staff members!
