The hotel was amazing! We had a very good time. The hotel is quiet, has huge relaxing thermal pools, faces beautiful mountains, and the decor is stunning, it can’t get any better! The restaurant also has very good food, and the free breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh and tasty! We liked the hotel being secluded and a perfect size for relaxation. The staff there was all very polite and professional. We spoke with Michele and Claudia a lot in the front desk. They are simply the best! This is the highlight of our entire trip. Our flight was delayed and we arrived 2,5 (!) hours after the official check-in time. I have been in touch several times with the staff regarding this topic and they have been really understanding and supportive. And they waited until close to midnight in order for us to still be able to access our rooms. Also, the standard of both the rooms as well as the publicly accessible spaces is really upscale and of much better quality than anticipated.
