The breakfast was excellent and the coffee was divine :) . The staff at the hotel were very helpful. They reacted very professionally to a small complication and did not charge us anything extra.

This hotel is great! Beautiful views, friendly staffs, spacious and beautiful classic room, and very close to the lovely little town Val d'Orcia. The waiter in the restaurant has a great knowledge about local wines. The wine he recommended was indeed excellent! We were very impressed, and it seems they also charge a very faire price. When we tried to buy the same wine in the airport duty free shop, the price was almost the same.

The relais sits in a remote location in the hills of tuscany, 15 away from Montalcino. The staff is super friendly and offers help for everything. The service and the food/wine selection was excellent and we really found nothing to complain about. Absolutely brilliant. We already said that we will be back again. Thanks to all staff members!
