The entire hotel is stunning! Staff were very friendly, beautiful grounds, comfortable beds and brilliant air conditioning. The pool was lovely and very clean. The free shuttle into Venice was amazing and took just 15 minutes.

So,. personally, I had a bad personal experience, by one member of the staff having a bad day, but the whole team made up for it , and the person in question was professional afterwards , so their effort , especially from lady Francesca was at the minimum, wow.. congratulations for turning a chaotic situation into a returning customer..

Great place, excellent hotel. The building is beautifully restored, clean rooms, confortable beds, it was quiet (so a good night’s sleep). Breakfast was a la carte, enough options. Dyson hairdrier in the bathroom. They have a lady in charge of reservations who does an excellent job - recommended some very nice places and secured reservations for us.
