Our Host prepared nice and useful note about apartment itself and surrounding (views, stores, restaurants etc.) From our perspective place contains everything we need +. Our host was very nice and responsive, so we never felt like being alone with our questions. Thank you Fabrizio for everything! The location is perfect, close to station, 5min walk from the lakeside and all shopping. What is more, just opposite to it you can find a very good gelato caffeteria. Hotel is very clean and quiet. Very worth the price, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa sull’Albero in Malgrate, right by Lake Como. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a corner room on the first floor, offering spectacular lake views. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views from the windows were simply breathtaking. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were also traveling with our small dog, who was warmly welcomed throughout the hotel, making it a truly pet-friendly experience. Although the hotel is small, we appreciated having access to the facilities of a slightly larger hotel from the same group, located just a short walk away along a beautiful path. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend!
