very friendly staff, excellent breakfast. we also had dinner at the hotel - also outstanding and at a fair price. i rarely give a "10". this means this hotel, as i see it, is exceptional when comparing cost and what you get. i recommend considering having dinner at the hotel. nice top-roof place and, at least when we were there, delicious dishes.

I loved the welcome we got in this beautiful home . the owner was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us .. you are amazing. we stayed two nights . the rooms were so comfy and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommended sweet home and wellness. it was on the sea and close to shopping areas. we took the train to Rome. it was so close to the accommodation. Thanks a million for making us feel at home. .

Spacious, spa, clean, beautifully decorated, great location, pleasant host, lovely beach across the road, excellent restaurants nearby, large shower and large towels. We would stay again but would need to bring more kitchen needs.

Lory (the host) was amazing. So caring and went out of her way to help us make our trip more special. Messaging to arrange check-in/out and anything else we needed (booking reservations) was simple and adds a personal touch. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Nettuno. 5 minute walk to the beach and in the centre of a popular piazza with many great restaurants and cafes nearby. The accomodation was as the pictures and description shown. Has a beautiful Terrance overlooking the street and fountain. Is it stocked with everything you'll need for your stay and is very cosy. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The double bed is really comfy too. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone and would stay again the next time I'm in Nettuno. Thanks for everything Lory!

The check in procedure was smooth, staff helpful. There are two sections to the building. One the main hotel on the beach and a second across the road with lagoon access a swimming pool, gym, pickle courts etc
