Staff where very friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself was very nice. The pool was fantastic and the 4 course dinner at the hotel was very nice. We used it as a stay over on our way to Cinque Terra but could have stayed longer.

I really, really enjoyed my two night stay at this hotel. The staff, the room, the spa, and the restaurant were all excellent. It is a great place to stay when visiting the Fort of Bard.

Superb location, wonderful lake view, beautiful old castle-like building, beautiful rooms with large balconies, large swimming pool and well equipped Spa. Excellent restaurant. Very welcoming, friendly, attentive and helpful staff.
