The room was very clean and everything was new. The owner was very helpful about anything. I checked-in around 20.00 and I didn’t have any problem because the owner explained everything with details. He was so kind and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good, there are a lot of bars and restaurants and touristic places.

We spent very nice weekend in this hotel. The charming and caring staff, who congratulated us on our wedding anniversary, helped us decide on the choice of restaurants. The hotel itself is very stylish and thought out to the smallest detail. Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed, a selection of drinks in the refrigerator. Breakfast is a la carte - what could be better.

Friendly stuff, very good breakfast, comfortable room with comfortable beds for a family of 4. Great indoor pool. A lot of nice typical restaurants close by. The jaccuzi on the top floor with the view of Florence skyline by night a must do as well.

Everything. This was our second time staying here and in our room there was a lovely personal message on a beautiful card welcoming us back. It is these finer attention to details that just add that something special and this along with the caring and attentive staff make for an exceptional stay. Our room was lovely, comfortable beds, very clean and well appointed with nice bathroom products and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was excellent with great service from the wait staff and the location is great. Would love to stay here again.

Near every maseaure attractions (30 minutes walk) but we take the bike which is around 10 minute Beautiful decor, modern yet it gave off tuscan vibes. Antiques everywhere and gorgeous details. Also the room we stayed in has breathtakingviewsw over the river. If you want tuscan experience, close to main attractions and excellent value, stay in this hotel. Ask them for bikes, shuttle rides, and concierge on WhatsApp
