We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It was extremely clean, very comfortable bed, nice little kitchenette that was stuffed with all necessary kitchen equipment. Special thanks for having a Real AC in the room and the hotel itself, where you can cool down and relax after being under the hot sun for the whole day! We appreciate it! Another, of the most important point for us, was the presence of the garage on the hotel's property, so we didn't worry about our car for the whole stay. It was easy to navigate and very convenient location, which is out of ZTL zone, makes this hotel beat up the others. This hotel is very close to all the attractions but far from the crowd, so you can fully recharge your batteries in a quite and cozy space and be ready to discover all the treasures that beautiful Florence has stored for you!

This hotel exceeded all our expectations - the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Providing the very best in customer service & having an attention to detail that is second to none is clearly their priority. We were thrilled to receive an upgrade upon arrival & the junior suite allocated was absolutely beautiful! The hotel is immaculate & in an amazing position - just a two minute walk from The Duomo. We even purchased the Acqua di Elba room fragrance on display in the reception area just to remind us upon our return home & were delighted to receive some free samples & a small gift as a result of mentioning the hotel at the shop. The location is superb, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the room has a distinct aristocratic feel. Though the breakfast selection is somewhat limited, overall, this hotel exceeds my expectations.
