This is by far the best hotel in Genova! A beautifully restored Palazzo with great attention to detail…..Everything is done with impeccable taste and quality. The staff are attentive, personable and make your stay extremely comfortable! The two reception staff are especially fantastic!!! If your budget allows, I would highly recommend staying at Palazzo Durazzo!

Everything about Grand Hotel Savoia was exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the time we departed, it was a special experience. The breakfast was superb. The room was perfect - the size of the room was more than ample with a stunning view of the city. We were celebrating our 38th anniversary and I feel that the staff really extended a warm welcome to us. The lobby is a delight for cocktails - luxury! And, the rooftop cafe is not to be missed. The location is ideal as it is very close to the train station so I highly recommend GHS if you are planning on traveling the Cinque Terre was we did. Thank you GHS for a memorable stay.

We arrived very late at night, but the receptionist in the sister hotel was waiting for us, parked our car and helped with the luggage, it is very rare you could find such amazing service during the night time. The train station is opposite the hotel and you can find lot's of cafes and restaurants nearby.
