The hotel was beautiful, with amazing views across Lake Garda. You really couldn't wish for a better location in terms of the surroundings. But what made the stay extra special for us were the staff. Without question the best service I have received anywhere I have visited. Too often, I have stayed at hotels where the staff are too formal, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Here, the staff are super-professional and efficient, but also relaxed, easy going, and really keen to talk to guests. We got to know some of the staff members over the 4 days we were there, and more than anything, they left the biggest impression. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so exceptional. I hope you are all there when we return again in the future. In terms of facilities, the hotel has covered everything. Decent gym, great spa and relaxation area, 2 excellent pools and a nice bar area with a terrace that looks out over the lake. Wow! The rooms are really lovely, ultra-clean, modern and very comfortable. We made good use of the electric bicycle hire and spent a lot of time exploring the area. Torri Del Benaco isn't far away. It's a fun, downhill bike ride, or a walk, which didn't take us long. The hotel can arrange taxis etc if needed, but we chose to find our own way. We visited a few of the local towns and villages in the area and we found Torri to be the nicest. It was slightly quieter than the other places we visited, and with lots of great restaurants and cafes. Everywhere was incredibly clean and well-kept, which we are not used to living in the UK! We ate in the hotel's restaurant on the first night, and although the food was excellent, there wasn't very much of it. We left feeling quite hungry. As the main target market is likely to be Italian, German and British, it is worth knowing that all 3 of these nations love their food! Tiny portions might look pretty on the plate, but they aren't very satisfying to eat.

We highly recommend this hotel. We were really surprised with the hotel design, room size, quality of furniture and materials in the bathrooms. We were so impressed with the outdoor pool in the room and sauna with jacuzzi and swing on the balcony! So comfortable rooms, beds with the variants of pillows. Never slept like in this hotel :). Room service also very good. All necessary equipment was every time in the room. Food in the restaurant is also without any words ), everything was perfect. Service in the restaurant, quality and the taste of food! everything so delicious, big variety of wine list and cocktails. You can totally relax in this hotel at any time of the year with its perfect spa and pool. that was sooo relaxing. Stylish and clean. And you can go by foot for about 30 min to the historical town with the castle - Lazise. We saw the taxi from the hotel, but prefer to have walk. And the hotel has very good placement. To any interesting place about 20-30 min by car. To the beautiful Sermione is about 20 min. We are highly recommend this hotel!

Very comfortable, clean and beautiful accommodation. The location is excellent, close to the center and the lake. It is in a quiet location without traffic, ideal for rest and sleep. The host and breakfast are on a high level, very nice and beautifully served and one of the better breakfasts we have tried. Drinking coffee and having breakfast on a beautiful terrace is all you need on vacation. This very good accommodation made our weekend on Lago di Garda even better, we recharged our batteries and we will definitely come again!

We got a reasonable deal through booking.com as this hotel is usually more expensive. The breakfast was fine but not as good as other hotels we have stayed at. There was a breakfast menu on the tables but it wasn't clear if these items were extra or included . The pool area was very nice. The Spa area was good but better signage in the SPA would help to show where the various steam rooms, plunge pools and saunas are. The massage I had was excellent.

Beautiful, peaceful location. The hotel is pristine and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are excellent with a lot of choice and I especially love the omelettes. I would highly recommend the evening meals in such a beautiful outdoor setting. The outdoor pool is fabulous and there is an indoor spa with sauna, steamroom. Plus I would highly recommend a massage. There is also a free hotel shuttle bus to take you into Garda and pick you up again. It's all very well organised. Thank you to all the staff. 😊

The outdoor & indoor pools were great, brand new spa, great location close to restaurants/shops, convenience of on-site parking, cleanliness, outstanding housekeeping staff, great breakfast & daily ‘newsletter’ to help guests plan activities, nice massage, lovely pastry shop

Located right on the lake, well maintained and very clean classic hotel with good facilities (indoor and outdoor pools, nice SPA and wellness area, beautiful garden), very good breakfast, friendly and competent staff, comfortable beds.
